today have a usb charging base for my electric toothbrush..just plug that into the charge controller at 8.6 volts and i'm good.

with my 12volt i'm not sure...am i using all the power i generate in a day or is the battery failing to store a charge, trying lowering the input voltages to the 12 volt, getting some random much higher reads...power to share in the morning, but when the sun is from an angle from afternoon hours, it isn't nearly generating as much. i dunno. anyway always always left click 3 times to check usb output, no higher than 9volts. two up, down buttons/ then plug in happily! really sure never go lower than 7.5volts 2 * 3.7 = 7.4volts
