made a sock from wool, in a 22pin round hand cranked loom,

worked it same as beanie machine, as in similar machine only larger. cast on every second hook, and then round and round, after about 10 cm, make the cuff at the top of the sock, just put the bottom edge back on the hooks, then round and round, cast off with putting the last edge of wool in the centre, 3/4 turn, then pick up all the threads on the hooks and make knots, it's fallen out the machine by now, turn it inside out and stitch up the toe end, and knot the first leading edge too, and a sock!!!! one of the skills i'm picking up on my way to success.
