sterilize your bucket and equipment

stir the contents of the can, the sugar (brew enhancer 2 works best with this coopers kit)
and fill with water

to the 23litre mark on the bucket, stirring. open the yeast packet, sprinkle on top at 23 litres, stir bit more, put the lid on, clean up, put the air lock on, water pressure, bubbles a bit. move the bucket away from direct light...into a dark shed for example. we are having a heat wave, this should be ready to bottle in 3 days.
