doing things right is good, doing things wrong is difficult....

yesterday started a brew, a coopers lager, from big w,

all clean equipment and properly stirred, should be good, today had to put more water in

so much foam from stirring, but 19 litres is spew, but 23 litres delicious....

reckon learnt a few skills from following recipes hey...still got to be careful

know it all, and always does it right, might make you fall eh?
