look at all the positives....

with martial arts training (several years ago) you fear drugs like death, and besides too many red wines a few years ago, i earnt some keen determination to look after myself right,

you find a way, and never of character to go near anything explicit....

no sex no drugs

and amused!

with the self talk good or bad you can still find a way....

learnt plenty, to be a good cook, to improve environmental conditions, to wire electricity from solar panels,

learn a bit about trying to perform, like vocal improvise...

it's a good think i'm interested in such interesting technologies...
