public opinion can be rough

watching the news about ukraine....hear that russia has sent troops, and the west with little faith in russia in the first place has cancelled transactions. ukraine does or doesn't have dictator? ukraine failed building inspector? trippily bad building design? west has sent troops....??? as though the west says no you can't victimize people?
