whats wrong about my routine vs what i want to do

asleep in 5 seconds eh after laying on the pillow, yeh after i bought book called
"mind blowing head massage", and massage your shoulders in bed, yeh too easily to fall asleep at the moment
Last night, on my tablet i have a book on yoga, hatha yoga, and i try some of the breathing techniques, and warm up poses, before i sleep, and stay awake until after 2am...\\
weather or not i am too tranced,...
yoga seems to have some benefits, maybe i can just focus on that for now into my routine.
