working it out :) the charge controller :)

the third "to the battery, to the light" setting, originally says 10.7volts

now 3.7volt battery does charge on half of 9volts, 2 outlets, 4.5volts

you need to change the setting to 9volts for many 3.7volt batteries. the two usb's now work great! changed to 9volts. :)
